“Why computers won’t be replacing you just yet” Response

Computers have the ability to perform many tasks, such as, algorithm calculations, and more things than one could have ever imagined. However, they cannot predict humans’ unpredictable minds. So the only way to find out about human likes and dislikes is through social media. Social media has brought people together from parts of all over the world. Companies who market their products want to take advantage of social media. Therefore, they analyze computer data and target people who are using social media the most. The disadvantage is that people move from one subject to the next quickly. Social media is like your everyday News Network; the most current event is unpredictable. Computers may be able to analyze words but they wouldn’t be able to predict human behavior. For example, computer data cannot predict which tweet will be retweeted the most. I believe computers cannot predict information because it simply depends on the emotions, and popularity humans have toward the tweet.
